The Cork Collection Gets Ready for Its 2nd Year
at the
Milwaukee Irish Fest

We are pleased to announce that the Cork Collection will be in attendance for the 2nd consecutive year at the Milwaukee Irish Fest.
As the largest Irish American festival in North America, the Cork Collection is proud and excited to be in attendance once again. The 4-day event is expected to generate more than 200,000 people in attendance. Happening August 16th-19th, 2007, the fair’s mission is "To Promote and Celebrate All Aspects of Irish Culture, and to Instill in Future Generations an Appreciation of Irish Heritage."
Representing the Cork Collection is Derry Cronin of Specialized Travel Services; Marie Keane of Failte Ireland Southwest; Lucy Murphy of Quality Hotels Cork; and Kevin O’Regan of the Cork County Council.
The Cork Collection is also excited to announce that it will be offering chances to win a trip for two to Ireland at the Festival. In addition to this, there are a dozen weekend breaks in Cork to be won! Be sure to visit the Cork Collection booth to sign up for your chance to win. Each entry will be signed up to receive the Cork Collection’s newsletter as well as the chance to win the trip. The winning tickets will be draw at the Cork County Hall by Cork County Mayor, Tom Sheehan, in Ireland on August 24th at 11.00am. Winner details will be posted shortly afterward on the website, www.visitcorkcounty.com.
The group hopes to highlight Cork as a viable tourist destination within Ireland. As the largest county within Ireland, there is so much to do and see in Cork. From families & couples to groups touring, the possibilities are endless.
