Voucher services are strictly subject to availability at time of booking and not valid during peak times of travel, including but not limited to-Bank Holidays, Christmas Season, St. Patricks Day, etc.


Voucher is valid only within time frame printed on voucher. After this time, voucher and services mentioned become null and void.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.

 

Loss of voucher will result in forfeiture of prize.

 

Voucher must be surrendered upon check-in to validate the reservation.

 

Air accommodation( if applicable) is subject to places of departure and arrival within Ireland and the US.

 

Accommodation voucher can only be redeemed for accommodation listed & it is not transferable to any partner hotels.

 

All rooms are strictly subject to availability and are based on a standard room type (unless otherwise specified.) Should an upgrade be necessary to secure accommodation, a supplement payment may be applicable.

 

Accommodation is based on a double room for two people sharing and is inclusive of full Irish Breakfast and applicable taxes. All items of a personal nature (room service, beverages, telephone charges, laundry, special food requests, etc.) and meals not specified on the accommodation voucher are not included and must be paid by the passenger.

 

All vouchers are subject to availability and the standard terms and conditions, booking conditions or conditions of carriage of the Supplier.

All documents are issued, and all arrangements covering hotel accommodation (and if applicable, transport), are made on the explicit understanding that The Cork Collection acts only as an Agent and as such admits no liabilities whatsoever for any loss, damage, delay or injury to persons or property arising out of, or in any connection with any act of neglect or default however caused, either directly or indirectly by the principals or persons or their agents or servants, who shall provide such hotel accommodation (and transport, if applicable) or all other services provided.

Taxes and other duties, when they are applied, may be subject to alteration without notice.

Suppliers and services provided may be withdrawn or altered without prior notice.
